accessibility
The Stardust Hotel welcomes guests from all over the world—and we celebrate their diverse backgrounds and abilities. As part of this commitment, we believe accessibility is vitally important. Our historically significant property was built in 1957 and the basic layout remains unchanged. This level of authenticity, however, comes with certain limitations. Bedrooms, for example, (while very typical of the era) are somewhat smaller than today’s standard and may present challenges to guests with significant mobility issues. We continue to make sensitive modifications, however (whenever readily achievable and financially feasible), so that every guest will feel comfortable and welcome. We currently offer:
-
ADA parking
-
Ramps to ADA rooms
-
ADA pool lift
-
Manual fire pull boxes in each ADA room
-
Visual and audible fire alarms in each ADA room
-
Showers with grab bars and fold-down seats in each ADA room
-
Toilets with grab bars in each ADA room
-
Accessible sinks in each ADA room
Because disabilities are extremely varied, we encourage guests who require special accommodations to contact us directly for more information.
